Mr. Li Bin was invited as guest on Oct 23, 2008 by Qingdao Television Station to make comment on a case of marriage and answered the related questions.

Mr. Wang Tong was invited by our Wan Qiao Forum to give a lecture on “ Rules on Time Limitation Applying to Civil Cases” newly promulgated by Supreme Court.

Mr. Nie Liu Sheng was invited by our Wan Qiao Forum and gave a lecture on the Legal Issues on the Liquidation & Bankruptcy of Corporations on Nov 8th, 2008.

As a member of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Qingdao Committee, Mr. Li Yong took part in the draft proposal democratic appraisal meeting at Nov 20th 2008. The main leaders of Qingdao city took part in this meeting.

Mr. Sun Guang Ping took part in the Environment Law Class of Volunteer Lawyer in Beijing hold by Chinese Environment Federation and discussed the environmental legal problems with experts from the whole country.

Mr. Li Bin was invited on Jan 4, 2009 by《Qingdao Evening》to make comments on the Draft of Tort Liability Law.

Wan Qiao was awarded in Jan 15th, 2009 by Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Justice for the wonderful practice in 2008.

Mr. Zhou Hai Bin was invited on Jan 15, 2009 by《Qingdao Finance & Economy Daily》to make comments on the new《Circular economy Promotion Law》.

Mr. Zhang Xu Cong was awarded at Jan 21,2009, by eight authority departments of Qingdao including Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Justice for the great efforts he made at legal aid area.

2009 Years

About 160 corporations took part in the training class on “ Labor Contract Law & Implementing Regulations of Labor Contract Law” held by the Bureau of Labor & Social Secure of Shi Nan District on May 14th. As the main invited guest, Mr. Han Tao made a lecture on this training class and discussed labor issues with the human resource managers participated.

As the legal consultants of the government of Si Fang District, Mr. Duan Chao, Mr. Sun Guang Ping and Ms Zhou Yan provide daily legal consultant service especially on the issues related to projects biding, real estate development, corporation merger, old city reconstruction, house dismantlement and settlement of the relevant residents. On Apr 28th, they took part in the forum on the “ Improving Administrative Ability” held by Si Fang District authority.

Mr. Zhang Chun Xia was invited on May 20th, 2009 by 《Qingdao Finance & Economy Daily》 to comment on the case of “ losing belongings in an inn ”on line and the relevant legal problems arisen.

Ms. Hu Jian Ye and Mr. Li Yong Bo were invited on May 30th, 2009 by 《Qingdao Finance & Economy Daily》 to comment on the ‘Top Ten Intellectual Case of the Intermediate People’s Courts of Qingdao” released by the World Intellectual Property Day 2009 special issue of this paper.

As the inviting guest, Mr. Li Yong took part in the program of “Face to Face-Famous Lawyers on Line” on Apr, 2 2009 hold by Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Justice, Qingdao Lawyer’s Association and Qingdaonews website. During this program, Mr. Li answered questions related to corporation issues on line.

Mr. Zhang Xu Cong was invited as guest on March 20th, 2009 by Qingdao Television Station to make comment on the legal results of the illegal act of the mentally ill, the civil responsibility of the guardians and the judicial remedy thereof.

March 15th every year is the “International Consumers’ Rights and Interests Day”. This year on this day, twenty lawyers of Wan Qiao took part in the activity of legal voluntary consultation to residential community in Lao Shan District.

On Women’s Day this year, all female stuff of Wan Qiao visited Qing Dao Children's Welfare Center and donated materials to them.

A case of a 70 years old lady injury on bus handled by Mr. Zhou Yan and Mr. Wang Wan Xun was reported by《Qingdao Evening》on Feb 23, 2009 which call much of attention of the residents of Qing Dao.
